After sending your registration payment by bank wire transfer, please scan the bank receipt and attach the PDF or jpeg file in our registration system.

Participation is only possible when full payment has been received on our account prior to the event or on conference dates. Conference entrance, conference package, proceedings, coffee breaks, lunch and welcome dinner are included in the all-inclusive fee. In case of cancellation or non-attendance, unfortunately the registration fee is not refundable.
